If you are willing to speak, there are talking points at the bottom of the flyer.  You must register to speak.  Please contact Karen Stevens.Her phone:  202-245-0304 to get on the public comment list.  If you do not register to speak, you may have the option once the registered are finished.  However, the meeting ends at 9 pm, so no promises.  It is best to register.
