NJTPA Street Smart Pedestrian Safety Public Education

On February 2nd from 6 p.m. to 9 p. m. in the Council Chambers, 280 Grove Street, join the North Jersey Transportation Planning Authority (NJTPA) and the Jersey City Police Division for a presentation and discussion about Street Smart Pedestrian Safety Awareness Month. Street Smart is an annual public education, awareness and behavioral change campaign that highlight issues concerning bicyclist and pedestrian safety. The goal of the campaign is to promote safety by working with local and state government to spread awareness, train commuters, as well as, build safer streets and sidewalks.  Safety of our pedestrians and cyclists is very important to the City and we would love for you to be involved in this discussion.
