Discussing what redevelopment plans are, how they affect our neighborhoods, and the city council vote to place City Hall and its parking lot into a redevelopment plan.

The HPNA has been asked whether or not it would like to join Civic JC's lawsuit challenging whether or not City Hall and its parking lot should have been placed into a redevelopment plan. Formal action may be taken.
