Clean Up
The Clean Up Committee works to clean up litter and trash throughout the entire park, empties the overflowing garbage cans, and takes all the bags to the curb for pick up. Volunteers from this group have done a great job of keeping our park clean and litter free and
meet on a regular basis.

Dog Run
The Dog Run Committee gives voice to all dog owners who use Hamilton Park. The group is working on issues of maintenance procedures, and will become a contact liaison, reporting concerns to both the HPNA and DPW. The dog runs have rakes, shovels, and large garbage cans inside the runs supplied by the HPNA.
Please join the ‘hamilton-park-dog-runs-group’ on Google Groups to become involved with this committee.
Greens
The Greens Committee is a group of neighbors who work to maintain the mulched flower/shrub beds in the park. The group weeds, dead head flowers, trim bushes, prune trees and maintain the cleanliness of the park water fountain. The city supplies the group with garbage bags and gardening tools. During the summer the group meets on a regular basis.
For more information on becoming involved with this committee please contact Jan Nordland at jnord5852@aol.com.
Playground
The HPNA Playground Committee works to develop family friendly programming in Hamilton Park and helps to maintain the playground. Past annual events have included the Easter Egg Hunt, Halloween Parade and Celebration, and The Neighborhood Family Holiday Party. In the future, the committee is looking to maintain these annual events, while developing additional monthly programming. Through the programming we would like to encourage neighborhood children to give back to their community and instill in them respect for our beautiful park.
We’re looking for a diverse group to lend their voice and time to help make Hamilton Park a family friendly neighborhood. You can volunteer as little or as much time as your schedule permits. The committee has established a Google Group for communicating and meets on a regular basis. To join the committee please contact
